Portaventura Hotel El Paso - Includes Unlimited Access To Portaventura Park & 1 Access To Ferrari Land Salou, Salou

The hotel is situated on the Costa Daurada on the outskirts of Salou, which was perfect for my needs offering access to a great theme park, available excursions to places of interest, and local beaches. The rooms, though comfortable with good air conditioning, lacked storage for a family of 4, and the promised room readiness notification was not received. The dining experience had a good choice of food but seemed repetitive, while the pool area was marred by cleanliness issues like wasps and spilled drinks. The location provided easy access to amenities but fell short on cleanliness around the pool and common areas.

The hotel was perfectly fine for three of us, with a double and single bed. The room was lovely, with a big bed, very clean and spacious, and ample wardrobes and cupboards. However, the wait for the room until about 3 pm was a bit inconvenient as we were eager to change into something more comfortable after traveling in jeans.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the park and beach. The rooms were nice but not ready early; the dining options were good but repetitive. The service could be better with noise disturbance issues, but the staff were helpful. The facilities were satisfactory for a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room had a mix of a large double bed and a small single bed, but there was an annoying loud noise every 15 minutes from the air freshener machine outside. Despite this, the room wasn't ready until 3 pm, causing some inconvenience after traveling from 2 am. The location was convenient for Port Aventura, although there were some safety concerns. The dining experience offered a variety of options but could use some more daily changes. The service provided by the staff was excellent, always helpful and accommodating.

The hotel has a perfect location with a pool view and peace and quiet, but disappointingly lacked a fridge in the room. Despite the cave-like room near traffic noise, I plan on returning next year to El Paso for its great location.
